The key points analysis about countryside information services under the Background of “Spreading Computers to the Countries”

The main purpose of the promulgating the policy of "Spreading Computers to the Countries" is to promote information to the countries and let farmers accept all kinds of information services. However, because of the worse rural economy foundation, rural population\´s scientific culture quality somewhat low, it is much more difficult to advance the development of agriculture information services. According to characteristics such as low computer operation ability and information acquisition ability, the big information demanding differences, the high request in connecting ways when accepting information services, as well as the low cost requirement of accepting information services, unifying the domestic and foreign agriculture information service marketability operation mechanism, this paper suggests that the three key points of promote information services are studying new agriculture information services pattern and agriculture service platform; Studying the human-machine interaction technology suitable for agriculture; Searching, recommendation of service information and the multi-patterns\´ information pushing services.
