  • Abstract
    With reference to the current difficulty with raising to a large extent the compression ratio of digital video image transmission codes and the limited network band width, the application of other technical method is considered to be a must to solve the conflict between the capacity of video transmission and distribution and the current limited network band width. Based on the introduction of the video transmission and distribution system built up on soft switch technology, the specific equipment is designed to provide video exchange service, aiming at the construction of multi-level video transmission and distribution system. Thus the video transmission redundancy between each node can be erased so as to raise to a large extent the efficiency of video transmission and distribution for the large-scaled multi-locational video monitoring system.
