Abstract :
Because the conditions for video capture is not very good, the SNR of collected video information is usually low. But for users, high-quality video is a basic requirement. How to effectively reduce the noise signal of the video is the key in the video processing system. And we also propose an algorithm for high-quality video from a low SNR video sequence.
