Taking the leader´s authority localization as the main basis, this article divides the leader´s behavior attitude (style, custom, way) into autocracy (authority to locate despotically in leader individual), the laissez faire (authority locates in community member individual), the democracy (authority locates in the entire community). The leader behavior´s valid combination may enhance the enterprise´s development to get the overall strength, which brings more economic efficiencies to the enterprise. Through analyzing the enterprise leader theory, this article used the AHP analytic method to establish the model to finally obtain that the combined A was able to promote the enterprise overall strength enhanced, which provided a valuable reference for leaders when carrying on leadership.
