  • Abstract
This paper studies the problem of evaluation index system and weight of index system. Firstly, we define energy efficiency of distribution transformer and discuss the influence of energy efficiency of distribution transformers on distribution network to make the index more general. Secondly, we establish an index system of distribution network for economic evaluation. Thirdly, an improved AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is given, which can find the expert scale and amend the judgment matrix quickly. As there are certain degree relevance among factors when we establish the index system, a method of weighting adjustments is proposed in this paper, where the rate of index deviation and fuzzy degree of difference are defined to improve the accuracy of weight, then the index weight is adjusted by the two concepts. Finally, an example is proposed to demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness.
