Abstract :
In this paper it is extensively investigated on how to select the depot location for time limited aeronautical emergency material. Considering time constraints, an aeronautic emergency network is reconstructed while keeping the benefits of existing air network. A depot location selection model for aeronautical emergency material has been established based on the set-covering theory. Then, the proposed method was verified by practical examples. It provides scientific basis for supporting relevant decision making for governments.
