Abstract :
In trans-valley water diversion projects, the decision of water reorder point has great impact on the running of the projects. This paper selected a simple water supply chain composed of the pumping mouth at the Changjiang River and a single node lake as study object. Under the assumption that stochastic water order lead-time obeyed equal discrete distribution, it discussed the influence effect of order lead-time on water reorder point. Finally, the theory of influence effect was proved by a simulation testing. The result shows that when the guarantee ratio of water supply for the node lake is equal to 0.5, the fluctuation of order lead-time doesn´t influence water reorder point. In contrary, when the ratio is smaller or larger than 0.5, the relation between order lead-time and water reorder point is a positive or negative one respectively. The study can provide reference for water dispatch.
