Abstract :
Formative assessment is an important method to control the quality of the learning process. In this paper, a framework for the formative assessment management system is presented. This three-layer system framework is based on the J2EE technologies. The principles of data structure design were discussed. We discuss formative assessment based on fuzzy evaluation in details which included establish the evaluation set for formative assessment and establish multi-hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode. We use fuzzy evaluation method to calculate the results of the formative assessment, and have achieved good effects.
