Abstract
A new method for the selection of the final state after scattering is presented which together with other numerical methods enhances the efficiency of Full Band Monte Carlo simulation to the level of Analytical Band Monte Carlo simulation without a loss in accuracy. By estimating the convergence of the Monte Carlo simulation on one hand reliability of the results is ensured and on the other hand a waste of cpu time is avoided by stopping the simulation when a certain error criterion has been fulfilled.
