Abstract :
At present, vector control (VC) has been widely used in the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). However, for the difference between direct and quadrature inductances and the difference of control characteristics between d-q axes current loop PI regulators, the dynamic decoupling can not be achieved, which affects the torque dynamic response and the quick startup of motor. For this problem, a novel quick startup control scheme based on optimal voltage vector was proposed, the voltage vector which makes the greatest torque change in each control period was calculated and used to drive the motor through the space vector modulation, and then excellent dynamic response of startup was achieved. The control scheme has been verified by simulation that it has excellent dynamic response in startup, which is obviously superior to the conventional VC system with current loop PI regulators.
