The aim of Computer science education is to help students to master the knowledge and build their operational capability, the traditional evaluation model restrains the student´s interests on learning and innovation, at the same tme, the level of operational ability of students has not been reflected in the course examination. This paper tries to build a new evaluation model of computer course examination. The arrangement of four-multiple-factors and the weight allocation of each factor prove that this course evaluation model is practical and operational. And the relativity between the four multiple factors shows that the factors must be related to course knowledge points, so that the quantitative data has significant statistic value. The new evaluation model aims to advance computer science education, provide multiple evaluation factors which will combine the daily learning with final examination assessments and make the process of learning be evaluated.
