Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Computer Application Fundamental Course is a basic course for students in universities, and is a leading course of learning computer programming language. So teaching effectiveness is very important for students. Considering a number of issues, such as a computer uneven level of college freshmen, teaching the content of complex, high precision operation, and so on, this paper propose the teaching methods which combined with a variety of factors(Level-Differentiated Teaching Methods, interactive effects, etc). Through building the site, to broaden students´ learning space and to expand teaching content; Through examination reforms, to stimulate students´ hands-on initiative. We made well teaching results in teaching practice, which greatly improve students´ pass rate of grades exam.
