Research and Application of Web-Based Digital Video Resource Library

This paper describes the research process of the web-based digital video resource library that developed by the authors. The ¿Digital Video Resource Library¿ project aims to change the traditional video resource management mode, and adopts a new digital, automatic and web-based management mode. It can help teachers and students take full advantage of the resource library, to be good for resource sharing. The project builds up a whole digital video process platform, functions including acquisition, storage, cataloguing, classifying and publication of digital video information on web.
