Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In this paper, firstly, we propose a dynamic classroom teaching idea which is a main trend for model classroom instruction ideal. Secondly, we focus on study and analysis of classroom instruction approach from three aspects: heuristic teaching method, interactive teaching method and teaching language. Thirdly, based the multimedia teaching measure, we present an interactive action learning method, which is paradigm demo in classroom and in experiment. At last, we discuss a new empirical experiment pattern named Four-Point and One-Line. Additional, according to our course, we simple introduce how many tutorship tutors to help student during classroom experiment and how many communicable ways after school. At the end of paper, we provide the students´ evaluation for our classroom teaching and course teaching. It shows the better effect of quality has been evaluated in this improvement.
