After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the basis of the investigation about the undergraduate education of well-known universities in China and USA, we make a conclusion about characteristics of Industrial Engineering´s undergraduate educational pattern in China and America. And using comparative method, researchers analyze the different points and comparisons of the undergraduate educational type of industrial engineering (IE) in China and USA from 4 aspects: training objective, educational system and so on. Based on the above-mentioned comparison and analysis, researchers make suggestions for universities in China, about perfection and development of IE´s undergraduate educational mode.
