Promotion of college students´ self-innovative learning (CSSL) is not only to adapt to current demands of information society development, but also to adapt to demands of China´s implementation of quality education and building an innovative country. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of realization degree of CSSL, establishes the evaluation system of CSSL realization degree, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model, and implements a case study. The research laid the foundation for the comprehensive evaluation to the realization degree of CSSL and more effectively promote self-innovative education.
