After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Chinese painting education is an important tache which inherit and develop Chinese traditional culture. But now, Chinese painting education has relapsed into an unprecedented predicament. The paper discuss the problems in detail from three aspects, such as optimization-quality of new students, emphasizing the teaching of copy lesson and foundation lesson, drafting correct cultivation scheme, and teaching students according to their aptitude. Lastly, the paper proposes some novel views to explain the root cause of these problems, and put forward some proper solutions for them.
