Abstract :
The present research examined vision attentional processing of location and color cues information in three-dimensional (3-D) space using cuing paradigm by means of a three-dimensional attention measurement apparatus. Experiment used three cues information (valid, invalid and neutral), two color information (red and green), and three interstimulus intervals (ISIs) (200, 400 and 600 ms). Subjects were required to respond to cued spatial targets according to prior cue information which was highlighted in red or green in the fixation point. Target was highlighted in red or green in one of the target locations (nearer or further location). Results indicated that although there was no effect of color validity when location cues were valid, there was a significant effect of color validity when location cues were invalid, and there was significant main effect of ISI. Reaction time was longest in 200 ms ISI than that in 400 and 600 ms ISIs.
