After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The foreign language teaching of Data Structure refers to change the teaching method in the Data Structure curriculum which usually uses mother tongue (Chinese) as the only carrier of the teaching method, and puts English tools into the whole process. In this way, English tools and mother-tongue teaching will fuse together and promote each other. By studying the necessity of the foreign language teaching of Data Structure and the current problems, this paper attempts to explore an appropriate foreign language teaching pattern of Data Structure to improve and enhance its efficiency and quality.
