Abstract
A technique scheme for improving quality control and quality assurance in assembly process of mine´s-lamps has been established to adapt the requirement that each miner´s-lamp´s inspection items should be traceable, which is an on-line inspection system that can automatically mark and identify the marks, obtain data, save, distinguish, judge and alarm, and have the statistical analysis function based on product batches. The systematic design plan of the on-line inspection for miner´s-lamp and the considerations for the development of hardware and software are discussed, which includes the inspection devices, ID system, communication interface and system hardware deployment. The main interfaces of data acquisition system and the SPC programs using VB language are also introduced.
