Abstract :
The acquisition data synchronization mechanism of complex motor vehicle road way test system was studied in the paper, for the industrialization research on the vehicle dynamic stability system, i.e. DSC. The complex test system was composed of several independent DAQ subsystems and its representative structure was introduced firstly. Then the performance of representative GPS technology based instruments and their large time delay characteristic were analyzed comparatively. Thirdly, five data synchronization schemes for different instruments and the log method of synchronized data were generalized respectively. Finally the road way test system was designed and the synchronization mechanism put forward in the paper were used and verified by the real test. The application of these synchronization technologies can contribute to flexible constructing the vehicle road way test system, and to improving the precision and efficiency of the data post-processing.
