Abstract :
An intelligent system on water quality GPRS remote monitor and water bloom prediction based on neural network are proposed in this paper, which can realize the automatic real-time monitor for the change of water quality and via the prediction by neural network for water bloom, thereby solve the lagging state of water quality monitor and the problem of water bloom prediction at present.
