After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Innovative education has gradually aroused global attention in recent years. The development of innovative education and the definitions centered on the innovative education such as innovation consciousness, innovation spirit, innovation knowledge and innovation capability are introduced, and then the problems existing in the innovative education of Chinese universities are summed up to express the pressing issue of promoting innovative education in China. Finally, three corresponding suggestions are given from the perspective of education notions, teaching step and quality of teachers respectively.
