Abstract :
To meet the measurement demand of injection character in electronic controlled injector, study on measurement method of needle displacement of electronic controlled injector is made. Structure and operational principle is simply analysed, non-contacting measurement method for needle displacement is present based on laser sensor, measurement system of needle displacement of electronic controlled injector is found, its form, measurement mechanism and laser displacement principle are illustrated, and system software and measurement hardware is provided. Its experiment is made on the bench of common rail injection system, its results show that this method can meet the requirement of needle displacement of electronic controlled injector.
