Abstract :
In this paper, a new kind of magnetorheological torque servo driver (MRT) is designed and fabricated first. Then the structure of magnetic circuit is analyzed and the model of magnetic circuit design is established. The affect factors of magnetic circuit design is analyzed by using finite element method. Finally several working characteristics are tested and the curves of which are obtained by experiment. The experimental results show that this new servo driver has the advantages of simple structure, strong controllability, small fluctuations and wide application prospect.
