Abstract :
In order to determine the best stroke of pressure straightening process for Large-diameter pipe the pressure straightening process was analyzed with finite element analysis software for large diameter steel pipe in the depressed stroke of 10.0 mm-40.0 mm. The pipe plastic deformation law is revealed during the process of straightening. At the same time the maximum single stroke is determined. It provides a theoretical basis for the steel pipe pressure straightening process to reduce manufacturing defects.
