Abstract :
As a special form of construction claims, concurrent delay claim widely exists in construction claim events. At the same time, how to deal with time claim in concurrent delay correctly has became one of the difficult contents in construction claims. Based on Shapely Value method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper presents an ameliorative algorithm for Shapely Value method. In this algorithm, time delay responsibility is allotted to each single responsible activity by Shapley Value, and then allotted between the owner and the contractor in each single responsible activity by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
