Abstract
With the concentration of their market share, retailers enhanced their market positions and the vertical restraints led by them formed in China which damaged the efficiency of the whole supply chains seriously. The vertical restraints led by retailers could bring about the anticompetitive effect. Both the practice and the related research showed it. The model built in this paper which was based on the slotting allowances and fees, the most typical and popular form of vertical restraints also demonstrated it. So, it must be very necessary to build perfect competition policies and code systems in order to promote the fair competition and improve the efficiency of the whole supply chains.
