Analysis for the seasonal goods purchase while the supplier repurchase unsold goods

Analyzed the effect for the retailer´s order quantity caused by the supplier repurchase unsold goods under demand uncertainty, under condition of different demand uncertainty and different repurchase price the result of optimal order quantity of the retailer was simulated by mathematics model. the result shows the order quantity of the retailer increase and the expectation margin reduce with demand uncertainty increase; and also shows the supplier can make the retailer order more quantity by use of optimizing combination of whole sell price and repurchase price under the same demand uncertainty so that could gain more the expectation margin.
