The study on evaluation model for choosing supplier based on knowledge management

The competition of the modern enterprises has focused on choosing appropriate supplier to form an alliance. In cooperation between enterprise and supplier, knowledge interactively shifts. While knowledge is the key competitive element, knowledge management becomes criterion of supplier choice compared with the quality, price and so on. Core enterprise and supplier´s knowledge shift model was constructed and core enterprise´s knowledge management mechanism was analyzed. Based on this, evaluating indices system is constructed to select supplier based on knowledge management from knowledge cooperation and knowledge adaption, and D-S evidence method is choosen to appraise and select supplier and an empirical analysis is done to provide new thought and evaluation system for enterprise selecting supplier reasonably.
