The research on factors in different phases of Export Processing Zones in China based system dynamics

In order to discern the objective environment that the Export Processing Zones in China depend on and recongnize the main elements that affect the upgrading of the zones´ industrial structure. Building a development framework of the zones, and choosing interior condition, exterior condition, government policy and international environment as the four factors that act on the development of the zones. And then analysis of how these factors influence the zones on different phases is given based on casual relationship diagram. The diagram shows dynamic characteristic of each phase and explain how they affect on zones. At last it provides some basic suggestions for the government to formulate policies according to the influence factors and achieve the goal of the update of China´s export.
