  • Abstract
    Following the tendency of economy globalization and the internationalization of market, bidding and bid is becoming the major transaction method in e-procurement market. In the multi-item procurement, the single attribute of price was the only considered evaluation standard in winner determination model of combinatorial auctions in most literatures, but it could not solve the problem of multi-attribute procurement. In this paper, we provided a winner-determination model and optimization method based on combinatorial multi-attribute bidding and bid in multi-item procurement. The winner determination problem could be described as 0-1 integer programming model and solved with tabu search algorithm. And the reliability & superiority of the model is demonstrated by means of an example and the analysis of the results.
