Abstract
Chinese organizations have paid much more attention to the green supply chain (GSC) than ever before, and much of them have put it into practice. Certain decision-making problems in GSC´s strategic plan stage were discussed, key factors and their relationship during GSC´s operation were analyzed, and an ANP-Based strategic decision model was put forward. An illustrative case was given to explain the entire process of working out the model by the analytic network process (ANP). Finally, simple sensitivity analysis with pairwise comparison evaluations was illustrated. The conclusion is helpful to guide the construction and implementation of GSC.
