  • Abstract
This paper presents an event-driven vision system, including a dual-line dynamic vision sensor and a general purpose address-event processor tailored for real-time and highspeed applications. The asynchronous and self-spiking pixels of the dynamic vision sensor are times tamped with high-precision and routed to the processor for flexible and data rate-dependent information processing. The general-purpose address-event processor has been designed to efficiently process asynchronous data with high temporal resolution, by having event-based hardware interrupts and high-speed interface to handle a peak rate of with 62.5 Mbyte/s. The whole system has been analyzed on dedicated to show its ability to continuously process up to 22 Mbyte/s.
