Abstract :
A universal structure being able to implement most of the switched capacitors schemes presently realizable, with only one aluminium mask, will be described (prediffused technic). Design methodology, CAO tools and prototypes measurements results are given in this paper. This circuit is designed in a two polysilicon layers, 4 ¿m, P well, CMOS technology.
