Abstract :
A rencently developd technology with isolated collector vertical (ICV) PNPs, allows improved circuit design of monolithic amplifiers, ranging from low frequency power audio devices (12W, 2¿, 14.4V), up to high frequency general purpose op-amps (GBW = 200MHz).
