Abstract :
This paper describes the design and operation of a 64 × 64, 2-dimensional photocurrent multiplexer. The array is arranged on a 60¿m pitch. Serial output is synchronised by means of Line and Frame sync pulses, 64 rows of 64 pixels are transferred to a CCD and output via a double correlated clamp sample and hold circuit.
