Abstract :
We present CAD tools for the design and analysis of switched-capacitor networks, both linear and nonlinear. The switched-capacitor networks implemented in MOS and CMOS technologies are of primary importance in telecommunications and front/end components for signal processing. We have developed a hierarchical package that supports simulations of linear and nonlinear switched-capacitor networks at the building block and circuit levels. The simulation results have been verified by measurements at integrated prototypes.
