  • Abstract
    The presented circuit was designed to meet all requirements of a fully software programmable single chip analogue subscriber line controller with a minimum number of external components. Using a standard 1 ¿m double metal double poly BiCMOS technology it was possible to meet the high demands concerning dynamic range, noise, linearity and power supply rejection, together with an adequate logic process for the DSP-demands.
