Abstract :
Novel implementations of highly linear low-voltage compact CMOS multiplier structures using multiple-input floating-gate transistors are discussed. Experimental results of a test chip are shown that verify the operation of the proposed circuits with a single 1.5V supply voltage and equal input signal swings.
