  • Abstract
    We report on a monolithically integrated two-axis magnetic field sensor system consisting of two fiuxgate sensors and a CMOS driver- and readout circuitry. The system exhibits a sensitivity of 12mV/¿T over a magnetic field range of +/-150¿T. The 3dB bandwidth of the system is 300Hz. The sensor system drains 20mA from a 5V power supply.
