Abstract
Based on strays-insensitive switched capacitor biquad building blocks realizing the bilinear z-transform, a 6th order leapfrog filter has been integrated in low voltage CMOS Si-gate technology. As it simulates a passive LC ladder filter, the leapfrog configuration features the same low sensitivity properties thereof. For 16 KHz operation, the power dissipation is 25 μW with ± 1,5 V supplies. Chip area is 2,7 mm2.
