Abstract :
A mask programable PLA in I2L with sequential feedback composes the digital part of the presented sequential-machine. The various analog circuitries on chip, for instance timer, regulated power supply from the AC-main and zero voltage trigger serve to utilize the bipolar LSI for autonomous control functions. High voltages can be tolerated by applying a cost effective Standard Analog Process in the fabrication.
