Abstract :
A monolithic GaAs MESFET sample and hold switch has been designed, primarily as a research vehicle for GaAs linear integrated circuit technology. A novel FET-ring circuit configuration has been used in order to overcome the problems associated with switch drive in more conventional circuits.
