Abstract :
An U.H.F. voltage-controlled-oscillator using a selective surface-acoustic-wave delay- line included in a microhybrid loop is described. Main parameters of this device which turns of lithium tantalate special properties to account, and experimental results on the behaviour of this oscillator are given.
