  • Abstract
    An MOS 8-bit Analog/Digital/Analog (A/D/A)-converter has been developed for use in microprocessor systems. The circuit design includes the MOS A/D/A conversion circuit, an MOS unity gain buffer and an MOS voltage comparator. To reduce hardware the converter is controlled by the microprocessor in the operation spaces.
