  • Abstract
    Web information scattered among the Web pages, and each store in its own structure and form. It is very difficult to meet the people´s information searching needs rely on traditional search engine. A method of WEB content discovery based on Ontology-similarity is proposed in this paper to help people access information more effectively. In this way the author defines an application domain ontology for describing the information content and discovering the result information according to the ontology similarity between content items and the custom fuzzy similarity result set. With traditional search mechanisms, content-based discovery mechanism has more effectiveness and more scalable.
