Abstract

This article first analyses the technical characteristics of ERP and GIS, and then proposes the concepts of T-ERP and T-GIS based on the practical situations of the management in scenic spots. It accomplishes the conceptual design and the construction of the operation patterns. This article shows that the implementation of information management in a scenic spot will improve its management efficiency and its service quality, strengthen its ability to forecast and quickly respond to emergencies, and satisfy the individual demands of tourists, especially of independent travellers, thus promote a high-level and sustainable development of the scenic spots.
