The analysis of executive ability culture construction in E-government

Whether the major policies of the Party and country can really be implemented to bring benefits to the people depends on the executive ability. Over a long period of time, serious problems have existed in the sector of enforcement in government departments. Therefore, how to build government´s executive ability culture is a new problem before us. Because of the poor government´s executive ability, the experience of how to build executive ability culture in enterprises must be used for reference in building an active government´s executive ability culture. This article expounds the presenting of executive ability and its connotation, and then lists reasons that cause the reduction of E-government efficiency. Based on this, it concludes that advocating executive ability construction is an effective method to improve E-government efficiency. At last, this article explains some aspects on how to construct executive ability in government.
