  • Abstract
    As an important application of the virtual Experiment technology in the oilfield digital construction, based on survey to the production spot of mechanical oil production, the paper carries out the digital modeling and simulation of mechanical oil production system by MATLAB, for further optimizing the improve parameters. Then the simulation analysis to the noncircular gear pumping unit is made as the application of the digital model of mechanical oil production. By comparing with the cylindrical gear drive pumping unit, the conclusion can be drawn that the noncircular gear drive pumping unit can obtain the preferable drive performance and energy saving effects. Moreover, the influence of the moving index on the beam-balanced pumping unit performance is analyzed by optimizing four-bar mechanism geometric parameters.
